Diana Major serves as an Environmental Scientist for the firm. She is primarily responsible for conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA’s), wetland evaluations and delineations, threatened and endangered species reviews, vegetation and tree surveys, invasive species assessments, natural resource assessments. Diana maintains a thorough understanding of environmental regulations and current regulatory requirements, which allows her to evaluate sites and provide effective and economical solutions to environmental situations that arise regarding during the property acquisition process. Diana is focused on providing timely responses and practical solutions to clients in order to keep projects on track and on budget, with the underlying objective of protecting our natural resources. Projects often involve historical research, site investigation, site characterization, response activities, data interpretations, and reporting.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Management (concentration on conservation biology) from Michigan State University (East Lansing, Michigan) along with an Associate in General Studies and an Associate in Liberal Arts from Lansing Community College (Lansing, Michigan).
