Jacob serves as a Geologist for Triterra. His work focuses on environmental due diligence, including Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs), and Due Care Evaluations. He is responsible for gathering and evaluating historical and environmental records to determine the potential for contamination on the properties of interest. Jacob is also responsible for coordinating and completing subsurface investigation activities to assess the on-site conditions through soil, groundwater and soil-gas sampling. In addition, Jacob regularly assists in with investigation/remediation of leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites and asbestos containing materials (ACM), lead-paint, and mold inspections.
Jacob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geosciences from Michigan State University. He is a Manchester, Michigan native who currently resides in Lansing.
